1. Jean-François & Olivier Gendron, Multi-site Operator, 16 locations, Ste-Martine

   Jean-François and Olivier are dynamic brothers who have always been involved in the convenience store industry. They have always been involved in the convenience store industry. They are well known for their family spirit, which they cultivate with their employees and their suppliers.

2. Miguel St-Pierre, Affiliate Operator, Granby IGA extra

   Miguel provides an exceptional customer experience, and stands out for his involvement in his community. He is also a true leader in employee experience. As a determined leader, he has gone to great lengths to implement a pilot deposit management center.

3. Manon Boudreau, Affiliate Operator, Matagami Bonichoix

   Manon is a rare gem. Her leadership with her team is exceptional. Her husband recently joined the team and together they have a great track record of achievement. Dedicated, Manon is very dynamic and always works with Sobeys as a true partner.

4. Jean-Philippe Beaulieu, Affiliate Operator, Crabtree Tradition

   Jean-Philippe has been with the Tradition banner since 2019 and has just acquired a second store. Concerned with establishing a close relationship with his clientele, he makes home deliveries from his Crabtree store. As an employer, he values everyone and has three employees with intellectual disabilities on his team.

5. Yvon and Marie-Ève Lamontagne, Affiliate Operator, St-Félicien IGA extra

   Yvon and Marie-Ève are merchants who share the same values as Sobeys and are proud representatives of the IGA banner. Innovative, they have just integrated the Chocolats Favoris concept in their store, an initiative that has been a great success!

6. Anne-Marie Rodrigue, Affiliate Operator, St-Georges de Beauce

   Anne-Marie is an entrepreneur who took over from her father and now owns three stores in St-Georges de Beauce. In addition to making her stores and the IGA brand shine in her region, she has developed her human resources program and her employees are her priority.

7. Raynald Giguère, Affiliate Operator, Pointe du Lac IGA

   Raynald is an exceptional business partner. He stands out for his sense of innovation and his ability to find solutions. He has implemented a new management structure that allows him to gain efficiency and improve the employee experience in his store.

8. Sylvie Craig, Store Director, IGA Montreal

   Sylvie has done an outstanding job of getting an Ontario store back on track, all with a small team, in a pandemic environment. In addition, she is involved in our Quebec Operations projects, and acts as a trainer for our new Nuns’ Island merchant owner.

9. Joannie and Stéphanie Tellier, Affiliate Operator, IGA extra, Sorel, Quebec

   Joannie and Stéphanie have distinguished themselves by their involvement throughout the pandemic. They were able to build a team of employees and managers by promoting values of respect and equity. They are a fine example of female leadership and successful intergenerational business transfer.

10. Stéphanie Binette, Transportation Forewoman, Donald Sobey Automated Distribution Center in Terrebonne 55

    Despite many constraints, Stéphanie has constantly stood out for her leadership. She played a leading role during the labour dispute at the Terrebonne center, ensuring the smooth running of operations. She proved to be a key player for the entire supply chain.

11. Marie-Claude Dominique, Relief Chief, Boucherville 66

    Throughout the pandemic, Marie-Claude played an essential role in the smooth operation of the Boucherville center. Despite her young experience, she quickly exercised strong leadership within her team, masterfully managing major files. She has established herself as a key player.
